Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You’ll receive another notification when your order has shipped.
Note: During high-volume periods (sales, holidays), processing times may be extended by a few days.
Tracking Your Order:
Tracking information is sent to your email as soon as your package leaves our warehouse. Please allow up to 24 hours for updates to appear.
Shipping Issues:
We are not responsible for shipping delays, lost packages due to incorrect addresses, or carrier errors. Please ensure your shipping address is accurate at checkout.
Return & Exchange Policy
We do not offer returns at this time. However, we understand that sizing and fit can be tricky — especially with Western wear. That’s why we’re happy to offer exchanges within 30 days of your order date.
To qualify for an exchange:
unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with tags attached
30 days of your order
To request an exchange, please email us at jchatsandbelts21@gmail.com with your order number and the item you’d like to exchange. We’ll guide you through the process.
Customers are responsible for return shipping on exchanges unless the item was defective or incorrect.
