At JC Country, we stand behind the quality of our products and strive to provide excellent customer service. To keep our policies consistent and fair, please note the following:

Exchanges Only – No Returns

We do not accept returns or issue refunds. However, we gladly offer exchanges within 30 days of purchase under these conditions:

  • Item must be unused, unworn, and in original condition
  • All original tags must be attached
  • A valid receipt or proof of purchase is required
  • Custom, branded, or burned items are final sale and not eligible for exchange

 Gift Items

Gifted items may be exchanged or credited as store credit if the original purchase meets our exchange criteria.

 In-Store Purchases

Bring your item and receipt to either JC Country location within 30 days for an eligible exchange.

 Online Orders

To exchange an online order, please contact us at [insert contact email or link] within 30 days of receiving your package. Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility.
